We aim to create a distributed ledger for property associations, representing reserves and operating accounts. Our platform integrates advanced technologies to enable smart communities and digital twin capabilities for asset management.
Zayuk Safe
Zayuk Safe is our flagship app designed to help Homeowner Associations (HOAs) manage assets and financial operations efficiently. It provides tools for tracking assets, automating financial management, and streamlining tasks like vendor coordination, electronic voting, and RFP processes.
Who We Are
Zayuk Safe is designed for use with both property managers and self-managed communities. Board members or property managers can easily sign up their communities with Zayuk Safe and start managing their properties more efficiently. To get started, visit safe.zayuk.com or click the sign-in button in the navigation bar to be redirected to the login/sign-up page. From there, you can join Safe and register your association's owners, tenants, managers, and vendors immediately.
Our Founder
Kourosh Khoylou, PE Certified Professional Engineer | UC San Diego Kourosh founded Zayuk in 2023 after seeing property owners frustrated by opacity and outdated information about their most valuable assets. As a licensed Professional Engineer, he built Zayuk to bring clarity and accountability to property management—ensuring owners have real-time visibility into their property's condition and operations.
